Our competent staff has 5 years of experience with the successful relocation of thousands of pets Internationally.
We understand that relocation is a very stressful and hectic exercise, therefore, our aim is to take care of ALL the requirements needed to get your pets to their new home swiftly and comfortably and without any stress.
We do this by offering a one-on-one, specialised and personal service. In this manner you are always dealing with the same person, re-assuring you that every detail of your pet’s relocation is taken care of.

We recently used Pets Abroad to transport our 2 Daxies from Joburg to Dubai. I can only highly recommend them. Not only... were they the most cost efficient agent we could find, but Tiffany was always quick to respond to my constant emails and was always so informative and reassuring! One of our crates was broken and Derrick assisted with fixing it. I would highly recommend their services to anyone in need. For a more detailed account of our experience, I must say that the journey was quite remarkable. As pet owners, we understand the stress and uncertainty that can come with pet transportation, but Pets Abroad put all of our worries to rest. From the initial quote to the final delivery, Tiffany provided exceptional support, answering all of our questions, no matter how small. We received clear instructions on how to prepare Broly for travel to the Netherlands, and even though Broly had to leave a few months after us, Tiffany stayed in contact with us and our parents, guiding them through the necessary paperwork for his Health Certificate. On the day of departure, Broly was picked up from our parents' home, and we were pleased to hear that he was transported in a spacious and high-quality crate that exceeded our expectations. I can never express how much anxiety I would get when I had to think of how I was going to get Charlotte abroad, silly... things like how she would handle the heat in Dubai when being transferred from one plane to the next, and then I came across Shirley and the team at Pets Abroad. They made life so easy and answered each one of my questions and made me feel like they loved Charlotte as much as I do, and that each question was valid and reasonable, and they instantly knew the answer to each one. Pets Abroad found a solution for us when 6 other agencies said it would be IMPOSSIBLE. We had to move back to France on... a repatriation flight during the Covid lockdown in SA. We were told with 10 days notice that we had to move 2 months early. I posted on a Facebook page desperately looking for help and Tiffany PMd me. from there she managed to get my dogs ready and delivered within a week from SA to France. the price was also amazingly low compared to the other agencies that said it was impossible. Vernon from Pets Abroad was brilliant with answering my 101 questions and the only pet transport company to get Skyye’s... name correct from the beginning! They were very clear and asked for all her documents to be sent so they could check that all was in order. They gave us all the options of getting her to where she needed to be. Once she was in their care in JHB they kept me up to date and even sent pics. Once she left their JHB facilities they followed up with us as to if she had arrived safely etc. Due to time difference this was significantly after hours in SA! I never met Vernon personally but felt like we got personal service and that our special four legged family member was genuinely important to them! I had previously approached other transport companies and I can honestly say Pets Abroad was the only company I felt completely relaxed with! Timeous and correct and accurate info. Amazing service!
