We understand that pets travel is very stressful and hectic exercise.
Thats why we have compiled this helpful PDF to help with an important step in getting your pawsenger/pawsengers ready for take off.
It is very important to measure your pets as accurately as possible. We will use these measurements to determine the correct crate size. If incorrect measurements are supplied, then the kennels will be built incorrectly. Incorrectly built kennels as a result of incorrect measurements supplied are not exchangeable or refundable and will ultimately result in additional charges and delays.
This is important for us to be able to quote you accurately.
